Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly close to completing deals for Manchester City forwards Savinho and Omar Marmoush.
The two Premier League clubs are in talks over separate deals for the forwards, with Tottenham pushing to bring both players to North London before the transfer window closes.
Manchester City are reportedly close to agreeing a £85 million deal for Savinho, while a separate deal worth around £75 million is being worked on for Marmoush.
The potential double deal would be a major statement from Tottenham and new manager Roberto De Zerbi as they continue to rebuild their squad.
Tottenham continue forward rebuild
Tottenham have been looking to strengthen their attack this summer, with the club aiming to sign three new forwards before the transfer deadline.
Savinho and Marmoush are two of the club’s targets, while Liverpool‘s Cody Gakpo and Chelsea’s Pedro Neto have also been considered.
Spurs’ ideal end to the transfer window is reportedly to sign Savinho, Gakpo and a new centre-forward. However, Marmoush has emerged as another option for the latter position.
The club have already spent more than £200 million on six first-team players this summer, including Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes and Jan Paul van Hecke.
Should Spurs complete both deals for Savinho and Marmoush, their total summer spending would rise to around £387 million.
Savinho could be the first of the two to arrive, with the Brazilian reportedly ready to join Tottenham.
The 22-year-old joined Manchester City two years ago after impressing during loan spells at PSV and Girona. However, he struggled to establish himself as a regular starter under former manager Pep Guardiola.
Marmoush has faced a similar situation since joining City from Eintracht Frankfurt in January 2025 for around £59 million.
The Egypt international has found it difficult to displace Erling Haaland as City’s main striker, making a move to Tottenham potentially attractive as he looks for more regular first-team football.

City face a decision over both forwards
While talks between Tottenham and Manchester City are progressing, according to reports, no agreement has been reached yet for Marmoush, while Savinho’s transfer nears completion.
City are also expected to consider replacements for the two forwards should both deals go through, leaving the club with less than two weeks to strengthen their own squad before the transfer window closes.
For Tottenham, meanwhile, completing the double deal would give De Zerbi two more attacking options as he looks to improve the club following their near-relegation finish last season.
