Chelsea have tied down one of their brightest homegrown talents after Aggie Beever-Jones signed a new contract that will keep her at the club until the summer of 2030.
The 22-year-old forward, whose previous deal was due to expire at the end of the 2026/27 season, has committed her long-term future to the Blues after another impressive campaign for club and country.
Beever-Jones joined Chelsea‘s academy as a nine-year-old and has developed into a key member of the first team following successful loan spells at Bristol City and Everton.
She has made 97 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 32 goals while helping the club win two Women’s Super League titles, two Women’s FA Cups and two Women’s League Cups.
Speaking after signing her new deal, Beever-Jones said: “It feels great. Chelsea has been my club since I was a young girl, and that means a lot to me and my family. It’s a very proud day, and I’m super excited to be able to continue my journey and make more memories in blue.”
The England international enjoyed a breakthrough year on the international stage, scoring a hat-trick on her first senior start against Portugal in the Women’s Nations League before playing her part in England’s successful 2025 European Championship campaign.
‘I’m Chelsea through and through’
Despite already establishing herself as one of Chelsea’s most important attacking players, Beever-Jones insists she still has plenty more to achieve at Stamford Bridge.
“I think everyone knows I’m Chelsea through and through,” she told the club’s official website.
“I love football. I love watching it. I love watching women play, but I never thought it would be something I could go on and achieve.
“I always wanted it deep down, but every year in the Academy, you’d get pulled into a room, and they’d say whether they wanted to retain you or not, and they’d also say that one or two of us would make it to the first team.
“I always wanted it to be me, but there were a few girls ahead of me. I managed to keep going and keep pushing on, and then I finally got the opportunity. I’ve always said I’m so grateful for Emma [Hayes] and what she did for me in giving me that first stepping stone.
“When I look back and think about where I am now, everything happened in my career the way it needed to allow me to get into this position.”

Champions League dream remains the target
“It’s funny…When I signed my last contract, I probably said I just wanted to get some game time, and now I’m here saying that I want the next thing.
“I’d love to win the Champions League with Chelsea. That’s a target that we all want. I’ve always said it, and I’ll say it in every interview: I just want to be happy playing football.
“I believe at Chelsea, we can do that and win, and that’s the aim. I’d also love to become a consistent starter, represent the club, do the best for myself and put the team in the best possible place to win everything.”
Chelsea will hope Beever-Jones can continue her development over the coming years as the club aims to challenge for major honours both domestically and in Europe.
With several senior stars already committed to long-term deals, Beever-Jones’ extension represents another important piece of Chelsea’s plans for the future as they continue building around a talented core of homegrown and international players.
